Video Presentation Guidelines

  1. The video should be in English and the duration is limited to FIVE (5) minutes or less. The penalty will be imposed if the video exceeds the stipulated time.
  2. Each video MUST start with VI-BiiDE 2024 Introductory Video.  Please donwload the video <<Click Here to Download>> 
  3. The video presentation must be appropriate for general audiences or subject to rejection if the content is not suitable by the judging committee.
  4. Each video is required to include the related judging criteria. No supporting documentation is needed. << Click here to View The Judging Criteria>>
  5. Participants that use the third-party software, targeted ads, or buying views (and likes) will not be tolerated, resulting in disqualification from ‘Special Award’.
  6. A group of expert reviewers will review all the projects submitted.
  7. The video must be uploaded to the participant’s YouTube channel and made public (viewable by anyone).
  8. Participants should promote their video to win the Most Likeable Video Award.
  9. Announcement of results will be made through VI-BiiDE 2024 Facebook page and VI-BiiDE 2024 website.
  10. The judges’ decision is final and no appeals will be entertained.
