About VI-BiiDE2022

“EMBRACING DIGITAL REVOLUTION IN THE NEW NORMAL”

One area in Malaysia’s Education Blueprint (Higher Education) is enhancing research and innovation. Therefore, UiTM has been working hard to inculcate research and innovation culture and has often used Invention, Innovation and Design (IID) Exposition as a platform for its academics and students to showcase their inventions and designs. To further encourage the research and innovation culture, UiTM Raub’s Research and Industrial Linkages Unit is taking the initiative to conduct its fourth VIRTUAL INTERNATIONAL BREAKTHROUGH INVENTION, INNOVATION & DESIGN EXHIBITION (VI-BiiDE2022) after the success of  BiiDE2019,  BiiDE2018 and BiiDE2016.

The exhibition is the best platform to showcase academics, professionals and students’ inventions, innovations and designs in Pahang. It will also introduce UiTM Pahang (Jengka and Raub Campuses) as a university that emphasizes research and innovation.

VI-BiiDE 2022 Objectives:

1. To create a platform for academics, professionals, government and private bodies, university students as well as Malaysian secondary and primary school students to showcase/commercialize their products and ideas.
2. To inculcate a high-impact, innovative culture and conduct commercialization research amongst UiTM Pahang academics.
3. To expose UiTM academics, staff and students to innovation, invention and research culture.
4. To introduce UiTM as an innovative and research-driven university.
