Categories & fees

  • Fee is not negotiable.
  • Once the registration has been accepted, the participant is obliged to pay the full amount of fee.
  • Payment of VI-BIIDE ’26 fees should be made ONLY after receiving the official Letter of Participation/Acceptance from the VI-BIIDE ’26 Secretariat
  • Any participant who cancels the participation after the registration deadline must pay the whole amount of the invoiced fee.

Proof of Payment:

Once the payment has been made, please fill in the form (during submission) and attach a scanned copy of the receipt as a proof of payment.

  • Payment via Link UiTM Pay
  • Payment can be made starting from 15th March 2026 until 24th May 2026
